To help us respond quickly, please mention:

Who you are — the professional/institutional entity and your role.
What you need — evaluation access, a license, a specific dataset question, or an integration issue.
Endpoint / details — if it's a technical question, the endpoint and an example request help (see the API Reference).

Access & licensing — the access model is described in Access & Authentication; license terms (DRAFT) are under Licensing.
Methodology — most "how is X computed?" questions are answered in Methodology; if something there is unclear or looks off, tell us — it's written to be checked against the data.
